With over 30 years’ experience in the building service industry Jon’s appetite for the built environment has never diminished.

Beginning his career as a site engineer, whilst studying for his BEng (Hons) Degree in Building Services at Northumbria University, he quickly understood the importance of good communication & team work. Achieving academic recognition blended seamlessly with the practical experience gained through his formative years, providing an exceptional understanding of the multi-faceted environment we work in.

His ability to simplify the complexities of the engineering has proved paramount in the pursuit of efficient, effective design & implementation. His understanding of the audience proves paramount in the continuation of finding the optimum solutions.

Jon’s greatest attribute is his honesty & passion. His success has been built upon clarity, with his delivery motivated by excellence.

He quickly formed his own refrigeration & air conditioning business and soon established a company with a reputation for reliability and quality of workmanship. Without the need for advertising or promotion, Shayne has gained a significant amount of respect and responsibility throughout the industry.

He has managed to develop his position over a career spanning almost four decades. Working closely with his team to allow the engineers to flourish whilst ensuring that the core values of his business is maintained.

His personnel professional development has enabled him to adapt his abilities to the technical advances within built environment. Thriving within the new surroundings of a high tech world. His willingness to expand his own vision has allowed Oliver to lead from the front as he continues to deliver new projects under tight restraints and time scales.

Richard has qualifications in Commercial and Industrial Electrical Engineering, however, his forte has proved to be his ability to work freely between the many facets of the industry. His knowledge of the multi trade disciplines & his ability to learn quickly, allows him to be a congruous link to all aspects of the companies development.

Having gained the relevant qualifications and work experience, he now enjoys working in a variety of environments and prides himself of having gained experience with a number of multi skilled trades.

Richard’s skills enable him to make improvements to the Controls Systems within both Air Conditioning and other Advanced Mechanical Systems linked to any buildings BMS systems.
